Each hand symbolizes one of the seven oceans, referencing our blue planet and the water that makes all life possible. The visual language of the artwork also includes water droplets, underlining the deep connection between art, sports, and social engagement: Viva con Agua was born out of the culture of FC St. Pauli and today advocates globally for access to clean drinking water.
